Unwanted/unknown pop-up

I noticed a strange pop-up on one of my site pages. What is it? How did it come to be? How can I get rid of it?

While you are in Sparkle check the left hand column under Layers.
Then look through your elements (you can also search the Layers column) and you will come across Popup(s). If you find the popup which not suppose to be there just click on it and delete it from your project.
