When you find an issue

Just a reminder that when you find an issue that you can’t solve, saving a copy of the project file in the “broken” state can be super helpful for us to figure out if there is in fact a bug in Sparkle causing it.

We’re working super hard to make Sparkle reliable, robust and dependable, and this includes cases where you might be doing something in the design that we hadn’t thought about, or just plain incorrect behavior.

Also if I can ask you to have a bit of a critical mindset when you’re looking at something (in Sparkle vs then preview for example) that just isn’t right, and you suspect it’s a bug, just email us the project (or send with wetransfer.com) so we can quickly confirm or provide a workaround.
