The blog in multiple languages

I want to produce my blog-artikels in English and German as well (my main language is Dutch).

Perhaps is there a short answer to explain how I do that?

Off course I know how to write blog-articles in those languages. Do I need to create a new dir on my domain with the entire translated website? And then place a button on the homepage which redirect a foreign visitor? In the settings it seems that the redirect can automatically arranged?

Maybe a topic for a new Sparkle tutorial?
